... sometimes shoe thinks about stuff ...

the more i listen to the political pundits on talk radio the more i think they're specifically trying to warp the weak-minded. and that's from both sides. now i think it's the whacked out leftist and mindless zombified rightists. at least the leftist loonies are passionate about shit, even if they sound like total idiots. it's embarrassing to watch both sides take advantage of the stupid majority in this country. i must admit that i'm still listening to boortz and o'reilly...they seem to be the only two that make sense to me anymore but they also know who the audience is out there and they're not stupid: the more listeners they keep the more money they make. i suppose i'm more libertarian than anything else but the libertarians lose me when they start talking about legalizing drugs and a couple of other issues. if i were president for a day i'd wage such a war on drugs that we'd have to occupy most of central and south america for the next 20 years and probably infringe on a rights of more than a couple of americans. i'd also put an immediate frickin' permanent steadfast halt to illegal immigration, but i digress...

is there such a thing as a libertarian nationalist? i think i'm something like that. what about a libertarian nationalist constitutional party; would that fit in anywhere? i don't know, the constitutionalists lose me on the whole religion thing. i'm not a freaking nazi for those of you out there that are gasping right now. all americans regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, religion, etc., etc., should have the same rights. also, i'm a catholic and think a little religion in government might not be a bad thing (like, thou shall not steal!) but i'd definitely be concerned about laws that would infringe on the rights of people of other religions.

if anyone has any ideas for the formation of a libertarian nationalist constitutional party out there let me know!
