... sometimes shoe thinks about stuff ...

Thursday, November 04, 2004

congratulations america, you've done a great job during this election! thank god everything went smoothly. even the international observers said we were the model of democracy. no shit! let's please try to not ever have them observe another election again. some states had record turnouts for the vote...ver encouraging, however, only 60% of eligible voters voted nationwide...we can do better than that. hopefully during the next election there is a viable third party to choose from. unless president bush (who the shoe admires for his leadership in the war on terror) gets his act together it's going to be a difficult choice to vote republican in four years. the shoe wonders who the candidates will be...

today we will begin 'hillary' watch, as she seems the most likely candidate for the freakin' wacked out democrats. yes, the shoe said freakin' wacked out democrats...they've lost touch with the average american, proven by the 11-0 vote that a marriage is between a man and a woman. they have become the 'progressive' party...not by the definition n a person or group who actively favors or strives for progress toward better conditions, as in society or government, but rather n a person or group who advances a political ideology of Godless, degenerate, irresponsible behavior. some would argue that 'progressive' is a political philosophy of progress and reform and the protection of civil liberties. bullshit. hey, the shoe is all about protection of civil liberties, hell that's what he does for a living! but partial birth abortion is not a civil liberty, it's the brutal murder of a human being. gay marriage is not a civil liberty, it is an affront to God. the shoe supports civil unions...he believes you have that right as an american. the distribution of wealth is not a civil liberty, it crushes the human spirit and everything that makes america great. enough.

who will be the republican nominee? it may be time for a woman president (the freakin' wacked out dems got that right), but who? condi rice? not sure if she's the right person...she may be looking at a job as the nfl commissioner anyway. how about colin powell? not very charasmatic (at least we don't see it very much). the shoe would rather see him as the secretary of defense. this requires more research/thought. not sure if the freakin' wacked out dems thought about their choice much....
